INDEPENDENCE --  The Longhorns went in to playoffs hoping to get a victory to keep their season going, but they couldn't pull through, losing to the Independence Blue Devils, 20-38. Turnovers were a key factor to the loss and the shots just weren't falling, with Abby DeSimpelare having the team high of 7 points. The Longhorns end the season at 9-14.
