ROCKY RIVER --  Great defense and balanced scoring lifted the Longhorns over the visitors from Gilmour in a highly entertaining basketball game on Tuesday night at the Rock. West outscored the Lancers 33-19 in the middle two quarters to take control of the game. Clay Carper (19), Scott Berghaus (12), Adam Felten (11) and Andrew O'Hara (11) all scored in double digits for the Longhorns.
